QUANTITY SURVEYOR

- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or any related field

Job Description:
- Monitor progress of the project in comparison to the initial schedule and notify superior of any delay in works activity.
- Prepare documentation for the whole project period (proposal, drawings, progress report, work programme, method statement, material submission, EOT, CPC, etc).
- Keeps and maintains proper project documentation in filing system / softcopy in computer drive for easy retrieval.
- Check discrepancies in project documentation and highlight to superior / issue RFI.
- Check newly issued and revised construction drawings and ensure all drawings are up-to-date.
